Hair Saloon® For Men is committed to complying fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). Some of our information collection practices are described below. We urge kids to check with their parents before entering information on any Web site and we urge parents to discuss with their kids restrictions regarding the online release of personal information to anyone they do not know.

Contests and Promotions.

Hair Saloon® For Men occasionally offers contests and promotions, which may be entered online. To participate in a contest or promotion, a child is asked to provide his or her first name and e-mail address. Sometimes, when we conduct contests or promotion that may involve more than a one-time contact, we ask additionally for the e-mail address of his or her parent. In such types of contests or promotion, we send the child’s parent an e-mail within two business days informing him or her of the child’s entry and give the parent the option to have the child’s entry deleted. All the information collected by Hair Saloon® For Men is securely maintained and used only for the purpose of conducting the contest or promotion. Once the contest or promotion is finished, we then delete any personal information collected. The information collected in a Hair Saloon® For Men promotion may be passed to a fulfillment house which may use the information to help run the contest or promotion and may not use it for other purposes and has agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

Use and Disclosure of Information.

Hair Saloon® For Men uses or may use personally identifiable information that kids provide for such purposes as sending requested electronic postcards and e-mail messages on their behalf, and conducting contests or promotion, and responding to their questions regarding our products and services. Hair Saloon® For Men currently does not disclose to third parties personally identifiable information that kids provide, except from time to time, we may transfer, disclose or share such information with third parties who may be engaged by us specifically to handle and deliver certain online activities (i.e., conducting contests and promotions). Such third parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Additionally, in the event that all or substantially all of the assets relating to Hair Saloon® For Men are transferred or sold to another entity, personally identifiable information submitted to us may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Finally, we may also disclose personally identifiable information to third parties in order to comply with law or requests by law enforcement agencies, to enforce our Privacy Policy and associated terms and conditions or to protect the rights, property or safety of our Web site, users of our Web site and others.

Parental Access.

At Hair Saloon® For Men, our goal is to help parents ensure that their kids have a safe and fun online experience. That is why we have set up a system by which parents can print out and mail or fax us a signed form that allows them to review any identifiable information collected about their child, have this information deleted, and/or request that there be no further collection or use of their child’s information.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Participation. All entries must be submitted online via the Hair Saloon® For Men promotional Web site (www.hairsaloonheroes.com). In order to submit an entry, participants must fill out the entry form in its entirety and submit an original story written by the participant him or herself. Entries submitted via e-mail, fax, phone or mail will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility. Promotion open to U.S. residents. No purchase is necessary to enter. There are two (2) categories of entrants, entrants age thirteen (13) and younger and entrants age fourteen (14) and older. If the prize winner is a minor, the prize may be awarded to winner’s parent or legal guardian.

3. Manner of Entry. Entries are submitted through the Hair Saloon® For Men’s Web site at www.hairsaloonheroes.com. Entries must be entered by 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on the entry deadline date of July 31, 2008. Duplicate entries will be considered null and void. Entries received after the entry deadline date will be deemed ineligible for this promotion and will be destroyed. AN ENTRY IS ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR ONE CATEGORY OF DRAWING AND CANNOT BE RE-ENTERED FOR ADDITIONAL CATEGORY OF DRAWING IN THIS PROMOTION.

4. Prizes. All eligible entries received at the promotional address in rule #3 will be placed into a drawing for a chance to win the following prizes: twelve (12) certificates redeemable only at Hair Saloon® For Men for one (1) free haircut each (equivalent to one (1) free haircut per month; cannot be duplicated; certificates expire one (1) year from date of issue) and one (1) Best Buy® gift card in the amount of $250. There will be two (2) winners per category, for a total of four (4) winners. There are two (2) categories: participants age thirteen (13) and younger and participants age fourteen (14) and older.

5. Entrants will be limited to winning one prize. The entrant’s complete name, e-mail address and telephone number should be included on the entry filled out at www.hairsaloonheroes.com so that the owners of a winning entry can be identified and contacted. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified. If more than one person’s name appears on an entry drawn as a winning entry, these individuals will be notified of their winning entry and it will be their responsibility to declare ownership of the prize.

6.Determination of Winning Entries. . Two winning entries from each category will be determined by a panel of judges at the Hair Saloon® For Men corporate headquarters. Authors of winning entries will be notified via e-mail and phone. Winners have two weeks from the time of notification to collect their designated prizes. In order to claim their prizes, winners must present a form of valid photo identification. Minors selected as winners will be notified via e-mail as well as a phone call to their parents or legal guardians. All minors must have a parent or legal guardian present to claim the prizes on their behalf, and both parties must show a form of valid identification at the time of the claim. If prizes are not properly claimed within the allowable two-week period, a runner up will be selected to receive the prizes and will be held to the same set of rules outlined above in order to claim the designated prizes.

7. Hair Saloon® For Men, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize can not be awarded as described due to unavailability or for any other reason. Additional restrictions and conditions specific to any particular prize will be disclosed to winners upon prize notification.

8. Prize pictures in the promotion materials and on the Hair Saloon® For Men’s Web site are for illustrative purposes only.

9. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

10. Any local, state, federal or other taxes, expenses or surcharges associated with the prizes not mentioned in these rules are the responsibility of the winner.

11. Hair Saloon® For Men Hair Saloon® For Men and its affiliates are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or failure to receive entry, winner or other contest information by sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Hair Saloon® For Men and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this promotion or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the sole property of Hair Saloon® For Men and will not be returned. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Hair Saloon® For Men reserves the right to cancel the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted.

12. Hair Saloon® For Men makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance of any prize offered.

13.In the event of a dispute arising out of these rules and procedures, an entrant=s sole remedy is limited to entry into another promotional drawing that may be offered by Hair Saloon® For Men.

14. Each person entering this promotion agrees by the act of participation to be bound by these rules and procedures and the laws of the state of Missouri.

15. No employee of Hair Saloon® For Men and no member of their immediate families living in their household is eligible to receive any prize from this promotion.

16. These rules may be modified at any time without notice and at the sole discretion of Hair Saloon® For Men.
